I’ve used BLOOM a few times now and yeah, no issues at all. It just feels like one of those sites you can trust, which is always a relief because you never really know at first. Everything was laid out clearly, nothing confusing or awkward, and each time it all went through fine. Straightforward experience overall.

"Nice gift, though I was a bit unsure at first"
I ordered from bloom.uk.com for my sister’s birthday because I was a bit stuck for ideas. I did have that usual worry that it might turn up looking less nice than the photos, but thankfully she really liked it. It looked and did the job as an easy gift. I’d probably use them again, especially for those times when I can’t think of anything better...
"Nice flowers, but they faded quicker than I hoped"
I ordered a bunch from bloom.uk.com and, to be fair, they did look really nice and fresh when they first arrived. Delivery was smooth too, so no complaints there. Some of the stems lasted about a week, but a few started drooping after only 3 days, which was a bit disappointing. They weren’t terrible by any means, I just expected them to last a little longer for the price.

Checkout was easy overall. I found what I needed quickly, and my payment went through on the first try. The only thing is I wish the delivery options were a bit clearer before getting to the final step, but it wasn’t a big deal.

The flowers looked really fresh when they arrived, and they were still holding up nicely after a week. A couple of petals weren’t perfect, but nothing that bothered me. Overall, I was really happy with them

"Surprisingly good packaging"
I ordered from BLOOM and, i wasn’t expecting much, but the packaging was actually really well done. Everything arrived neat, protected, and without any crushed corners or random bits rattling around inside. It’s the sort of basic thing you’d hope every company could manage, but they clearly put some care into it. Small detail, but it made a good impression. 5 stars from me.

I had an okay time browsing bloom.uk.com. They do have some nice stuff, but I expected a bit more variety, especially because I was looking for something specific. I found a couple of things I liked, then ended up checking other sites too. Weirdly, I remember one product photo had this tiny little blue mug in the background, and that stuck in my head more than the actual item. Overall, not bad at all, just felt a bit average for what I needed.

"Updates were fine, but the verification got annoying"
The updates were okay overall, but they weren’t always as quick as I would’ve liked. I had to check in a couple of times to see what was going on. The most frustrating part was being asked to verify things repeatedly, which felt unnecessary after a while. Not a terrible experience, but it definitely could’ve been clearer and smoother.

I found the prices on bloom.uk.com to be middle of the road. From my experience, some items seemed fairly priced, but a few felt a bit expensive once I checked similar products elsewhere. It didn’t feel like a rip-off, but I also wouldn’t say it was amazing value. Overall, it was okay, just not the cheapest option I’ve come across.

I had a small issue with my order from bloom.uk.com and needed a replacement, so I sent them a message. Umm, I was expecting it to take a while, but they got back to me quicker than I thought and didn’t make it a whole back-and-forth thing.
The replacement turned up fast and was in good condition too. Really happy with how they handled it, it’s always nice when a company just sorts the problem out properly. I’d definitely use them again.

The flowers looked proper nice, honestly. I always notice little patterns in how things are put together, and this bouquet had a really pleasing mix of colours and shapes without looking too busy. It was bright, tidy, and looked lovely on the table.

I did eventually hear back from customer service, and they were polite when they replied. It just took a bit longer than I expected. I tend to notice patterns with support teams, and this felt like one of those cases where the tone is fine, but the response time could use some work. Overall, it was okay, just not especially impressive...

"refund took a little longer than i hoped"
i had to follow up a couple times about my refund, and it ended up taking longer than i expected. they did get it sorted in the end, so it wasn’t awful, just not the easiest or smoothest experience
